Chatbot UX & Avatars

I am the UX designer for the ChatBots in DNB, Norways biggest financial institution, and it is limited how much I can show as most of the services are internal. Here I have created a ChatBot Universal Framework. A framework that is easy to maintain, and customisable in terms of color themes and menus to best fit the different chatbots and their needs.

What I can show are the avatars representing the different chatbots; IT Service Desk, People (HR), a voice/telephone bot and a schedule planner.

I have also had the pleasure of designing the customer service ChatBot on www.dnb.no

SKIN by Pi

I am also Head of Aesthetics at Skin by Pi. Here I do the Product and Packaging Design as well as Content Creation. Below you see the products from the second series, the SILK series. Refillable bottles in slick clean design, letting the inside and the product speak for itself.
"SKIN by Pi is luxurious skin care with a product philosophy from nature's safest and purest sources. The products are in their own unique way professional problem solvers with natural ingredients. As fragrant as freshly picked flowers, the products leave a feeling of refreshing lightness, while actually working in depth. The delightful aromas originate from essential oils. Every product is handcrafted with precision and made by order and is by definition pure fresh produce. As the products are hydrosol based and hence anhydrous products, each ingredient has a nurturing effect both chosen and made with love."

RetroCool - a part of an agile toolbox

RetroCool is the result of a 24h Hackathon where I was the UX/UI Designer. The overall idea was clear for us from the very start, and we knew what was needed to be better than the tools already out there. We wanted to make it fun, but most importantly, to make it a super simple tool to use - with smart integrations. This tool is customisable when setting up for a new session, and so it can be used for various things; retrospectives, voting, brainstorming, etc. A great tool for an aglie way of working. Looking back to see what worked well and what could improve within a team, is a powerful part of the work process. *RetroCool is currently under development.
